Epoxy Coating Pipe Repair
Generally speaking, if a pipe or drain cannot easily be dug up, dRAINS kLEEN suggest reline repairs to mend the pipe. However, occasionally the pipe is not suitable for relining either.
In which case pipe coating becomes the pipe repair solution.
dRAINS kLEEN have specifically chosen, the brush coating system developed by Picote.
A globally accepted pipe restoration technology. Superior, because the epoxy coating is brushed onto the interior surface of the pipe. Brushes force resin into gaps and cracks. Therefore sealing the pipe better than any spray coating.

Guaranteed Internal Sealing Multiple Epoxy resin coats adhere to the pipe wall, which seals and renew the internal surface of the pipe.
A minimum of three epoxy coats are applied to the internal surface of the pipe. The total amount of coats is dependant upon the pipe condition, dimension and material.
CCTV inspections are carried out during, the coating process, as well as on completion, a brief final inspection report is provided along with the Warranty.
