I just wanted to write to say a massive thank you to you guys. Your advice to contact Urban Utilities was bang on. It IS their issue and they have been out to assess. They won’t reline it now, they need it to be logged as an issue more than once to spend the money (seriously), but they reckon I’ve got 1-2 years before it needs to be done. But any issues going forward, they will be able to fix at their cost.

I realise this was not in your financial interest to tell me to speak to them, so I’m beyond grateful you were honest enough to give me that advice. I was originally quoted $8500 from another company to do this and advised it was my issue and not to bother calling Urban Utilities. Clearly that was an outrageous quote and I would never have paid that – hence getting 2 other quotes of which one was yours (which were significantly lower and far more realistic).

I can assure you it will be your company that I tell my friends about should they ever need this sort of service. In fact, I’ve already done so to a lady down the street.
